2.1 Channel management

2.1.1 Channel configurations

Ø New STB registration: upload MAC address and S/N of STB into the system

 2.4 Statistic information

Statistic user and channel information can be collected/complied  according  to

Requirement of customer, include, but not limited to:

Ø IP address of user, including number of active users, etc.

Ø User’s statistic information, include one user’s or a group or user’s information of

Times of watching specific channel, time length of each watching, etc. in a give

Period of time.

Ø Channel statistic information, including one channel’s and a group or channels

information of times of watching, user’s IP address, etc. in a given period of time.

 3 IP-STB S-Box 8100

 Overview

The S-Box8100 is an IP-based Set-Top Box supporting H.264 SD decoding. It offers enhanced capabilities for IPTV services including Multicast, VOD and Internet access.
